PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS
REFUNDS & RETURNS
When you enrol and pay for one of my courses you get immediate access to all the materials in downloadable PDF format so you can make a start straight away! (Printed books arrive within a few days.) So my refund policy has to reflect that there isn’t anything you can return! That said, I appreciate that circumstances can change so if you do change your mind within two weeks of accessing the course I will give you a refund minus a charge of £50 for the materials you have received. If you have a book and return it in pristine condition, that will also be refunded.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
When you enrol your child on one of my courses you will receive all the course materials and full support as described on the course pages. If you have enrolled on an IGCSE course I shall let you know who is your tutor within a couple of days. We shall mark assignments promptly (i.e. within a week) but please expect delays around holiday time (we will try to let you know when we will be away for a period longer than the usual turnaround time).
YOUR PRIVACY:
I take your privacy very seriously and would NEVER divulge your email address or personal information to anyone without your expressed permission (for example, if you were to ask me to write a reference for college). I protect the information you share with me about your child and shall keep it for 3 years and then delete it safely.
