When you enrol you can pay using your debit/credit card, via Paypal or you can pay in 4 interest-free instalments over 6 weeks using Clearpay. Just select this option at checkout.
If you would like to pay over a longer period than 6 weeks, please contact me directly. There is a £30 set up and admin fee for payments over a period longer than 6 weeks.
If you have other children in the family who want to use the course materials, I will provide full feedback on their assignments, together with phone and email support. The cost for each sibling is as follows:

For Word Weavers, siblings can do each level for £95 if they use the same materials
For How to Grow an Artist, siblings can do the course for £160 and will receive their own set of materials

If you are ordering course books, they are usually despatched within 48 hours (sometimes a little longer at busy times). They are sent first class using Royal Mail’s tracked service or an equivalent courier. There is a flat rate packing and shipping fee of £8.65, regardless of the size of your order.
When you enrol and pay for one of my courses there is no hanging around - you get immediate access to all the materials in downloadable PDF format so you can make a start straight away! (Printed books arrive within a few days.) So my refund policy has to reflect that there isn’t anything you can return! That said, I appreciate that circumstances can change so if you do change your mind within two weeks of accessing the course I will give you a refund minus a charge of £50 for the materials you have received. If you have a book and return it in pristine condition, that will also be refunded.
